QIANGMENG SPORTS INTERNATIONAL TRADEMARK UPGRADE STATEMENT

To align with our brand strategy upgrade, unify brand image and improve the brand’s professionalism and international recognition, Qiangmeng Sports officially updates the original registered trademark “qiangmengsports” to “QMTY”.

This adjustment concerns solely brand visual identity, with no changes to corporate entity, equity, operating entity or core business information. All brand rights, intellectual properties, cooperation contracts, customer service benefits and the validity of all business engagements previously under “qiangmengsports” shall be fully inherited and borne by the QMTY brand and our company.

Commencing on the release date of this statement, we will roll out the “QMTY” trademark across all channels. Within the transition phase, both old and new trademarks are recognized as official and valid. Our product quality, service criteria, after‑sales guarantee and partnership policies will stay unchanged.
